I like the fact that you have kept the magazine design simple and unique to your genre and i also like the fact you only have a 2 main colour scheme black and white with a bit of red in there on the DPS this helps the magazine look more professional. The only downside to me would be model as he looks to young for your genre but overall good! :-)
i like the design of the front cover a lot and the layout of the DPS looks good, but for your contents page i think you could have chosen a better font that goes with your genre of music and maybe make the artist look more serious.
I like the neutral color palette you have used , I think the way you have used this to suite youre genre of house indie , one problem i think you must change is the model , he looks to young and i think the contents image is too nice for the magazine
